When booking an appointment, the data required for scheduling (such as name, first name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, primary care physician, health insurance status, referring doctor, reason for visit, and appointment history) will also be collected. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, due to the simplified process of scheduling and managing appointments. When booking an appointment, the legal basis is of a contractual nature, as per Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

Additionally, you may grant Doctolib consent under Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR to contact you via SMS or email. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
